How long will it take for my order to ship?
It takes 1-3 working days to produce the deck from the date the order is placed. US orders are shipped via UPS ground, which takes 1-5 days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website or app.
How do I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order. Cancellations will only be granted if the deck has not yet been started in production.
What is your refund policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate the issue and provide assistance.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States. However we are working on expanding internationally in the near future!

Our decks are made from 7-Ply 100% Canadian Maple.
